Director of Ecosystem Partnerships

Role Summary:

INFOSTREAM is seeking a Director of Ecosystem Partnerships to join our team. The primary responsibility of Director of Ecosystem Partnerships is to partner/support effectively with our sales, solution architects, integrators and managed services with our strategic ecosystem partners with a focus on their certifications, sales verticals, solution architectures, managed services as well as meeting partner expectations. The Director of Ecosystem Partnerships will work closely with the manufacturer partner managers around quarterly objectives and milestones that have been mutually set by INFOSTREAM and the partner. The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated to learn INFOSTREAM’s core business and the go-to-market strategy of our manufacturer partners. This person must also be hard-working, self-motivated, and able to work independently with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and consolidate forecast reports around strategic ecosystem partnerships
  • Coordinates the involvement of Sales & Engineering Teams, including support, service, an management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Establish a trusted advisor/advocate relationship with strategic ecosystem partnerships
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Be a SME with strategic ecosystem partnerships programs, promotions and deal registration process
  • Be the SME resource for the INFOSTREAM sales, inside sales and pre-sales teams to understand and process deal registration, promos, etc
  • Generate customized tracking reports strategic ecosystem partnerships Partner Managers
  • Track and coordinate sales enablement training and accreditation/certification requirements
  • Act as a focal point of contact to facilitate introductions or contacts between INFOSTREAM and the strategic ecosystem partnerships
  • Be the liaison between INFOSTREAM internal teams to ensure HPE/Aruba needs are being met
  • Help to define and support joint go to market efforts with HPE/Aruba
  • Obtain and maintain sales certifications for HPE/Aruba
  • Facilitate pricing and quoting process with INFOSTREAM’s preferred distributor for strategic ecosystem partnerships products
  • Educate field sales teams on deal registration process.

Skills and Experience:

  • University degree or computer science including engineering
  • 10 plus years experience
  • Vendor experience and vendor knowledge of detailed programs – Cisco, Dell, EMC Fortinet,
  • Microsoft Azure and others etc;
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Strong time management: must be able to prioritize time and tasks to accomplish set objectives
  • Experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce is preferred
